Rock Lake Earth Lodge Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible to our guests within our capabilities. If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make the room available to other guests.
All deposits to hold bookings are non-refundable. No exceptions. However we will transfer your dates if you have to cancel. Re-Booking has to be within the next following year. Any cancellations made within 30 days of check-in will result in the forfeiture of the payment.
Payments made via credit card are subject to a non-refundable 2.9% service fee. Payments made via e-transfer will not be charged a service fee.
Please note that our cancellation policy applies to all reservations, regardless of the reason for cancellation. In the event of a no-show or early departure, there will be no refund issued.
We strongly encourage our guests to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may cause the need to cancel a reservation. Travel insurance can provide coverage for trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical expenses, and more.
